For larger items, such as furniture, a white glove delivery service is provided. You will be contacted directly to schedule a convenient delivery date. The service includes delivery to a room of your choice, unpacking, and placement, followed by the removal of all packaging materials.
Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original pristine condition, and returned in the original packaging to ensure protection during transit.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
